We met in May 2010 at Manning Chiropractic. Chelsea was a receptionist there at the time and Landon's dad, Steve, was a patient. Steve met Chelsea and thought she would be perfect for Landon. Shortly after, Landon's sister, Heather, began doing Chelsea's hair and she thought the same thing! Steve told Landon that he needed to go and get an adjustment because "his back hurt." Landon was very nervous, so their meeting consisted of only "Hello" and "Have a good day." This did not sit well with Heather, so she planned a family BBQ and invited Chelsea. They talked all night, and the rest is history.
We got engaged in Durango, Colorado on July 3, 2011. We jeeped to the top of the La Plata Mountains and went hiking on a overlook trail. At the edge of the lookout cliff, Landon got down on one knee and asked Chelsea to marry him. (See picture to the left)
We are so excited to get married and have all of our family and friends together to enjoy this special time in our lives. God has blessed us so much, and we are so thankful and excited for what our future will have in store. We are best friends, and we are looking forward our new life together!!!! |
Our wedding will take place at Sycuan Resort on June 3, 2012 at 12:30 pm, and we will finally become MR. AND MRS. ERICKSON! The reception will immediately follow our ceremony and will take place at the same location. We can't wait to share this amazing time with all of you!
